What can save postage? Time? Costly printing? What can stretch
your dollars? Avoid mistakes? Overcome forcefulness?
The WBHY One Step Program! In the interest of being good
stewards of the funds the Lord provides for us, we have developed
this exciting new giving option. You can choose to transfer
your monthly donation automatically to WBHY, by bypassing
the costly and time-consuming mailing process. Using nationwide
electronic networks, you gifts are transferred directly to
WBHY' bank account.
Of course, we must emphasize that this program is strictly
voluntary. If you do not feel comfortable participating in
the One Step Stewardship Program, you may continue giving
to this radio station as you have been. At WBHY, we realize
that we could not exist without your gifts. We know that,
as a listener, you want to support your good neighbor in Christian
radio. To that end, you may have made a pledge. Should you
want to give a significant amount without breaking your budget,
you may make a monthly pledge.
With the best of intentions, all of us forget from time to
time.. Now we can relieve you mind of the responsibilities
of sending that check in each month. With One Step, we handle
it for you. You can ensure that you important monthly gifts
will be received in a timely and consistent manner, without
postage, mail delays and the possibility of occasionally forgetting.
As an added bonus, you'll receive an annual report of your
giving.
If you choose to become a One Step Steward, all you need
to do is authorize your bank to automatically transfer your
gift each month on the day you specify. The amount will then
be withdrawn from you checking account each month, and sent
directly to WBHY. No more monthly check-writing. No more scrambling
to catch up after a missed payment. No more frantic searching
for a stamp or mailing envelopes.
When you choose to participate in the One Step Program, you
help us better manage the money you have entrusted to us.
When you make a $10 gift by check, for example, it costs almost
$1 (10 percent of your gift) to pay for postage and processing.
With One Step, we can cut that cost by almost half. The money
you pledge is transferred directly from your bank account
to ours, cutting through a tremendous amount of red tape.
We no longer have to process your checks, saving our secretarial
staff valuable hours each week.

- Simply print and complete the form below and mail
it to: One Step, WBHY, P.O. Box 1328, Mobile, AL 36633
- Include with the form a voided check from the bank
account you wish to use.
- Your bank will be contacted to arrange monthly transfers
of your gift.
- You may designate the day of the month (the 3rd
or the 18th) that you want to transfer your gift.
- The first transfer will be made on the beginning
date you designate (about 30 to 45 days after your
card is mailed). From then on, your gift will automatically
transfer to WBHY's bank account each month, according
to your specific instructions.
- Your bank statement will show the date and amount
of your gift each month.
- You may discontinue using the One Step Stewardship
Program at any time.
