HOUSE PARENTS NEEDED

Full-time, live-in house parents needed for Christian residential child care programs at the Baldwin County Boys Ranch in Summerdale, AL.  House parents provide daily care of 7-10 boys from unfortunate circumstances. Camp Baldwin in Elberta is accepting applications for summer staff positions for summer 2021.  Students ages 17 thru 24 serve in all areas of camp ministry including recreation, food services and housekeeping.  Package includes salary, on campus housing, meals, uniforms, training and worship/Bible study.  This is a great opportunity to serve God and others this summer in a fun Christian camp environment. BACKPACK GIVE BACK

MONEY FEST

Innovation Portal, along with the Mobile Chamber and Hatch, are excited to announce Money Fest Thursday, May 13th at 358 St. Louis Street.  Registration begins at 9am with Session 1 beginning at 9:30am.   The symposium is focused on all things capital, featuring sessions about different types of funding, insights from founders sharing their funding stories, and access to the region’s experts. FREEDOM RIDE
MAY 15
Sons of Armageddon Motorcycle Club will sponsor the "Camille Place Freedom Ride" Saturday, May 15th at Excel Assembly of God, 1014 Alabama Hwy 136 in Monroeville.  This will be a motorcycle ride and car show. Registration for Ride begins at 8am and Car Show at 9am.  Proceeds will benefit Camille Place, a home for female minors rescued from human trafficking.  For more information, contact Bonnie at (251) 302-0018 after 12pm. 

ANNUAL WALK
MAY 22
The Alabama Teen Challenge 49th Annual Walk will be held Saturday, May 22nd from 10am until noon.  The Walk will begin at the Men’s Center, 9280 Hurricane Rd in Bay Minette.  Teen Challenge is a recovery program for drug and alcohol addiction.  Proceeds from Walk will benefit the ministry.  For more information on sponsorship or Walk the website is www.alatc.org.
